Completely filled admission form
Photocopy of birth certificate, Aadhaar card, school leavingcertificate* and latest mark sheet
Assessment reports (if any)
Two recent passport size & stamp size coloured photographs (ifseeking admission in Grade 10, five recent passport size colouredphotographs and two stamp size coloured photographs)
Signed statement of medical history
*Note: For SSC - HSC, Grade 9 school leaving certificate dated on orbefore 30 June.
